I was traveling with three young kids, aged 3 , 4 and 5 years old First of all, I was given the room 325 which was infested with cockroaches upon complaint with 訂房網站.com. They changed my room to 625 , which was also infested with cockroaches Upon my request with to refund me for the remaining days or at least 50% so I can move out from this hotel and change my location because it’s very high and hygienic to stay in such a hotel specially with young kids I received no help from the hotel management or 訂房網站 . Com My kids were scared of the bugs and it disturbed my sleep a lot and not to mention the germs And also the dirty cups

위치가 아주 좋지 않습아서 택시비로 더 많은 돈을 사용 해야합니다. 2박을 머물렀는데 수없이 많은 바퀴벌레를 보았습니다. 조금더 추가 해서 훨씬 쾌적한 호텔을 예약하세요. 이곳을 예약한것은 내의 최악의 실수 였습니다. 청소 상태가 좋지 않아 내가 사용하지 않은 빗도 만날수 있습니다. 청소를 했는지 의심스럽습니다.

Being relatively new, the complex seemed to be not well maintained. The corridor to the room smells of damp carpet probably due to bad ventilation. Lifts were also not clean and lift corridor was too dim. Room wifi was not consistent thus causing tv channels to 'hang'. Water pressure was good and hot water is available.

 la atención por parte de una recepcionista, la cual no recuerdo el nombre fue horrible irrespetuosa sin ganas, maleducada y con una sensación de que no querías estar ahí. Increíble, menos mal que había otra chica muy femenina que me ayudó en todo lo posible, pero es que luego a la hora de hacer el check Out estaba hablando con esa persona esa persona tenía el móvil en la mano y no me hizo ni caso como la otra vez la chica más femenina tuvo que interferir para que me pudiesen atender ,la ubicación personalmente a mí no me gustó está a 40 minutos del aeropuerto y tampoco está en el centro con lo cual te queda todo muy lejos, nada preparado para personas fumadoras

ホテルのデザインはおしゃれだったものの、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の話し聲が普通に聞こえてきます。 また、アメニティ類は特に置いてなかったです。 近くにセブンイレブンがあるので買い物には困りません。

This is an ok ibis hotel. The location is pretty inconvenient and surrounded by an industrial estate. The room was good, quiet and clean. The staff were ok; not particularly helpful to be honest with you, just going through the motions. A reminder this is not pet friendly as it doesn’t specify on the hotel site.
